About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote BeOne’s Solid Tumor products through calls to targeted physicians
- Implement sales, marketing, and patient support programs
- Train and educate physician support staff
- Assure realistic expectations for healthcare professionals
- Maintain communication with Market Access, Field Reimbursement, and Contract Account Teams
- Identify customer changes and address them
- Complete Enterprise LMS assignments in a timely manner
- Perform all administrative functions of the position
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities
- Support compliance with BeOne policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. / B.S. degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Significant experience in Solid Tumor
- Self-starting, self-managing work style
- Results-oriented with strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales
- Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Previous exposure to national/corporate accounts, managed markets, hospital markets, IV medications, injectables, orals, Medicare Parts B and D
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
