About the role
- Lead BeOne’s global forecasting and commercial performance management capabilities.
- Establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting.
- Oversee end-to-end forecasting process across products.
- Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to align demand, revenue outlook, and supply planning.
- Manage and develop a high performing team; drive adoption of scalable tools and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA/PhD in a quantitative field preferred.
- For an Executive Director: BA/BS with 14+ years, MA/MS/MBA with 10+ years or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech/pharma; oncology experience preferred.
- For a Senior Director: BA/BS with 12+ years, MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years or PhD/PharmD with 6+ years in commercial forecasting and/or performance analytics within biotech/pharma; oncology experience preferred.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong command of forecasting methods, performance measurement, and planning systems; advanced proficiency with Excel and common BI/planning tools.
