About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and lifecycle ownership of SAP Finance capabilities
  • Define and govern the regional SAP Finance technology landscape
  • Provide expert, hands-on SAP FI guidance across configuration, design decisions, integration, and enhancements
  • Oversee system interoperability with Controlling, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement of Finance processes
  • Champion a cohesive and intuitive user experience for Finance teams
  • Collaborate deeply with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial, and GTS teams
  • Lead and grow the SAP Finance Solutions team in Poland and the EMEA region

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in finance technology
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, General Ledger, multi‑currency configuration, Fixed Assets
  • Month‑end close processes, Intercompany accounting & reconciliation
  • Strong cross‑module understanding of FI‑CO, MM, SD, Treasury, Tax
  • Proven experience delivering SAP Finance capabilities
  • Experience leading or supporting large‑scale SAP implementations
  • Ability to evaluate solution fit/gap, perform functional design
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX, audit readiness
  • Experience with adjacent Finance platforms a strong plus: BlackLine, Kyriba, Tax packages
