About the role
- Provide legal support on various types of transactions
- Support the Treasury and Finance teams
- Advise on requirements under Swiss law
- Attend to general corporate concerns
- Draft and review securities filings
- Provide counsel in support of the Company’s equity plans
- Support the Responsible Business & Sustainability team
- Engage and manage the work of outside counsel
Requirements
- Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an accredited law school in the U.S.
- At least four years of relevant experience
- Handling securities and corporate transactional matters at a large law firm
- Preferably as in-house counsel at a publicly listed company
- Prior experience handling debt and equity financings
- Prior experience with SEC filings
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Solid understanding of transaction life cycles
- Strong business acumen
