About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing the order-delivery-invoicing process and maintaining related customer and delivery communications.
- Handling project, spare parts, and service orders.
- Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Managing invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer information in the SAP system.
- Ensuring operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in similar sales support or customer service tasks.
- Familiarity with export document handling, especially to US.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
