About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the order-delivery-invoicing process and maintaining related customer and delivery communications.
Handling project, spare parts, and service orders.
Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.
Managing invoicing processes efficiently.
Maintaining accurate customer information in the SAP system.
Ensuring operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in similar sales support or customer service tasks.
Familiarity with export document handling, especially to US.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
