About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

With the guidance of the Associate Director or others in the team, responsibilities will include design strategy, concept design and the production of detailed working drawings and checking the work of others.
Have fast creative solutions on projects from concept design through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity, with minimal guidance.
Strategic innovation through a proven understanding of trends and insights and interpreting these within unique design solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Design related discipline.
5+ years’ experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects.
Experience of large format environments is advantageous
Experience working in large team and consultant environments is advantageous
A positive and creative thinker.
Ability to think through design problems and outstanding attention to detail.
Advanced REVIT Capability
Advanced software skills, including both 2D and 3D software capabilities: Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp or an alternative 3D package such as Rhino.
Excellent communication skills, including experience of liaising and developing client relationships.
Team player with collaborative work ethic. Proactive and conscientious.
Keen to learn and develop skills and share knowledge with more junior members of the team.
