About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage international large-scale projects in the mixed-use sector in the concept stage.
Delivers high-quality design and/or technical work, engaging others with their creative and innovative thinking.
Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
Takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.
Coordinates and integrates the work of external contractors, suppliers and professionals.
Role models Benoy’s values and contributes towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practice shared.
Ability to work effectively with others to develop and resolve project issues.
Ability to make complex decisions, weighing up a range of factors and implications.
Builds a network across the business and seeks leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.
Develops effective relationships with clients and consultants.
Operates independently in daily engagement with clients and stakeholders.
Provides support to senior team members with key client presentations and represent Benoy in meetings as required.
Takes responsibility for aspects of the project budget and liaises with stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
You have experience in successfully delivering large-scale international projects through early design stages.
You have experience managing small teams.
You have strong organisational and supervisory skills, you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results.
You are a strong communicator, you can effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
You are highly proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline, such as Revit and Rhino.
You are degree-qualified in a related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
