About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formally represent the client company at labor hearings (in-person and virtual), providing previously aligned and validated explanations;
  • Review case files and documents for each proceeding in advance and participate in alignment meetings with in-house legal and external counsel;
  • Provide information to the court with accuracy, confidence and an institutional demeanor, strictly following the defined guidelines;
  • Prepare a standardized report after each hearing, recording questions, information provided and points of attention;
  • Attend the client's sites weekly (São Paulo/Guarulhos) for integration and operational alignment;
  • Participate in ongoing training, simulations, certifications and refreshers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in:
  • - Business Administration;
  • - Human Resources;
  • - Law;
  • - Labor Relations; or
  • - Related areas.
  • Proven experience in the aeronautical category (e.g., former flight attendants, pilots, co-pilots) or in airline operational areas (scheduling, flight coordination, operations), OR consolidated experience as a company representative (preposto) in labor hearings combined with knowledge of specific aeronautical legislation;
  • Ability to read and understand legal pleadings and related documentation;
  • Clear, objective and confident verbal communication; good written communication for report writing;
  • Availability for a hybrid work arrangement with weekly presence in São Paulo/SP or Guarulhos/SP and travel to hearings;
  • Absolute commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct;
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
  • Previous experience acting as a company representative (preposto) or institutional witness in labor hearings;
  • Knowledge of the Aeronauts' Law (Law No. 13,475/2017) and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement;
  • Familiarity with crew rostering/scheduling systems and civil aviation operational routines;
  • Previous experience in labor relations, HR or legal support within the aviation sector.
