About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute implementations of the Benner Saúde solution remotely or on-site;
Configure the system according to the client’s needs;
Conduct user interviews to gather requirements and map processes;
Deliver training for the implemented modules;
Support data migration from legacy systems;
Respond to ad hoc requests via phone, email, or ticketing system;
Support Project Managers in executing the implementation schedule;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

We are looking for curious, committed professionals who are eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in the health plan/operator market, either as an employee or a vendor;
Experience with support, implementation, or configuration of management systems (preferably healthcare-focused);
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Organized and committed to deadlines and deliverables;
Proactive and willing to learn;
Analytical skills and logical reasoning.
