About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development teams, promoting organization, alignment and high performance;
- Develop the team through continuous feedback, tracking goals and individual development plans;
- Actively participate in hiring, onboarding and career progression for team members;
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate the full development lifecycle of Benner solutions, ensuring technical quality and on-time delivery;
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to refine requirements, understand needs and prioritize the backlog;
- Monitor productivity, quality and efficiency metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Define and maintain architecture, governance, coding, security and documentation standards;
- Improve internal processes, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and automation practices;
- Work integrally with Development, Product, QA, Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure clear communication and consistent deliveries;
- Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies that bring scalability, security and efficiency to the solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a technical lead, coordinator or manager in Software Development;
- Experience in people management: supervision, feedback, goal-setting and team development;
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, integrations and engineering best practices;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar);
- Experience managing backlogs, handling requests, prioritization and tracking deliveries;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing and quality practices;
- Decision-making ability, organizational skills, system thinking and clear communication.
- Experience with SaaS products or large-scale solutions;
- Knowledge of solutions focused on healthcare, HR, ERP, legal or related areas;
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability and automation tools;
- Experience in complex environments, system integrations and distributed architectures;
- Certifications or specializations in management, leadership, agile methodologies or architecture.
- Proven track record of implementing process, productivity or quality improvements;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary squads and more mature agile structures;
- Innovative profile, with the ability to identify technology trends and lead internal transformations.
