About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute regression, functional and exploratory tests, ensuring delivery compliance
  • Develop, maintain and evolve test automation using Selenium (WebDriver)
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Identify, document and track defects through to resolution, ensuring the quality of fixes
  • Participate in refinement sessions and technical meetings to ensure stories include clear acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of QA processes
  • Support the team in impact analysis and in defining the most critical test scenarios for automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g., C#, Python or similar)
  • Experience with regression and functional testing
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Quality-oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • Proactivity in identifying improvements
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Logical reasoning and analytical thinking
  • Autonomy to investigate issues and propose solutions.
