About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Regarding Legal BPO, our operations cover several specialized teams, including registration and maintenance of case files and proceedings, research for supporting information, preparation of calculations, support for settlement agreements, management of court payments, scheduling control for hearings and appointed representatives, reconciliation of deposits, handling of court publications/notices and summonses, and closure of case files and proceedings.
  • We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Legal BPO operation, providing direct support to teams that serve corporate clients throughout the entire legal lifecycle.
  • You may work on different areas depending on the project and client — and will be trained for this.
  • Day-to-day, you will support operational teams in activities such as:
  • Opening and completing case and file registrations in legal systems according to guidance;
  • Updating records when there is new activity in a case;
  • Accessing portals and systems to retrieve information requested by the team;
  • Organizing and checking physical and digital documents received;
  • Receiving, registering, and routing courier/package files to the correct department, verifying contents against the accompanying list;
  • Supporting control of team schedules and deadlines;
  • Logging procedural acts received (publications, notices, summonses) and forwarding them to the responsible team;
  • Reporting simple issues — such as missing documents or incorrect data — to leadership or the responsible team;
  • Supporting the organization and verification of financial information linked to cases, as requested by the team;
  • Meeting SLAs and quality standards established for each area of responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Currently studying or interested in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (desirable, not mandatory)
  • A genuine interest in the legal field is essential, regardless of your area of study
  • Organization: you will handle a large volume of information at once — keeping everything in order is essential
  • Attention to detail — in our operation, every data point matters
  • Basic IT skills: Word, Excel and navigating online systems
  • Willingness to learn: you will be trained, but proactivity and commitment are required
  • Responsibility for deadlines and quality of deliverables
  • Good communication to interact with the team and, when necessary, with clients
  • Desirable
  • Basic knowledge of legal systems
  • Non-degree or extracurricular courses in legal or process-management areas
  • Excel beyond basic level (filters, tables, data organization)
  • Previous experience with administrative routines, even in other areas
