About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a portfolio of active clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base;
- Act in a consultative manner, understanding the challenges of law firms and in-house legal departments to propose appropriate solutions;
- Conduct periodic relationship and performance review meetings (QBRs);
- Collaborate with Support, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure the best possible customer experience;
- Monitor performance indicators (e.g., churn, NPS, revenue expansion);
- Map stakeholders and expand use of the solution within the client's legal operations;
- Use CRM to manage the pipeline and record interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields.
- Postgraduate or specialization courses in the areas mentioned. (Differential)
- Experience in sales within B2B software markets and service BPOs (BPO for legal operations will be considered a differential).
