About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement our systems within established deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Perform implementations of the Benner Saúde solution remotely or on-site;
- Configure the system according to the client’s needs;
- Conduct user interviews to gather requirements and map processes;
- Provide training on implemented modules;
- Support data migration from legacy systems;
- Address ad hoc requests via phone, email, or ticketing system;
- Assist Project Managers in executing the implementation schedule;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- We are looking for curious, committed professionals with a strong willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in the healthcare payor/operator market, either as an employee or a vendor;
- Experience in support, implementation, or configuration of management systems (especially healthcare-focused);
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or VBA.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organized and committed to meeting deadlines and deliverables;
- Proactive and eager to learn;
- Analytical ability and logical reasoning.
