About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead structured commercial onboarding for new Account Executives (New Business, Existing Accounts, and Channels)
  • Support new AEs during their first 30 days, ensuring:
  • Deep understanding of the portfolio
  • Clarity on the sales journey
  • Confidence in customer engagement
  • Deliver commercial training, including:
  • Value positioning
  • Vertical-specific messaging and objection handling
  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Plan and run sales roleplays simulating:
  • Discovery/diagnostic meetings
  • Solution presentations
  • Objection handling
  • Closing
  • Implement and manage the commercial certification process, ensuring only certified executives progress to field roles
  • Collaborate with:
  • Sales Leadership
  • Sales Operations (Sales Ops)
  • Corporate Education
  • Ensure consistency of commercial messaging while respecting the specifics of each vertical and channel
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding and sales training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Enablement/Training (preferred)
  • Prior experience with:
  • Commercial onboarding
  • Sales team training
  • Supporting new sales hires
  • Facilitating:
  • Roleplays
  • Meeting simulations
  • Practical assessments
  • Creating or administering commercial certification processes
