About the role
- Directly responsible for the daily work of the audit team, recommending process and personnel changes to management as needed to ensure improved results.
- Ensure monitoring of the clinical condition of hospitalized patients, guaranteeing the quality of information and its implications.
- Identify possible inconsistencies or irregularities in care together with the external team and propose improvements.
- Guide and supervise external auditor teams, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines, compliance with client SLAs, and adherence to account and concurrent audit schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to external teams to standardize work.
- Analyze reports and performance indicators related to the quality of external auditors.
- Analyze reports and performance indicators to be presented monthly to the client portfolio.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss cases and improvement strategies.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and technical support in the execution of activities, ensuring standardization of audits.
- Support sizing of technical teams, development of planning, monitoring of professional performance, quality control, and implementation of protocols and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active COREN (Regional Nursing Council) registration;
- Postgraduate degree in health auditing or management;
- Preferably enrolled in or completed postgraduate studies in Health Auditing.
