About the role

  • Conduct discovery processes and user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create navigation flows, wireframes, and mid- to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to evolve digital solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in the user experience, applying usability best practices and user-centered design principles.
  • Participate in concept validation and usability testing, iterating on solutions based on feedback and data.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design patterns and components used across products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a UX Designer.
  • Experience in discovery processes, user research, and defining user journeys.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or similar).
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within agile environments.
  • Ability to translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
  • **It will be a plus if you have:**
  • Experience with B2B projects, enterprise platforms, or complex operational systems.
  • Experience in projects related to ERP, Logistics, HR, Legal, or Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component governance.
  • Experience with product metrics analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, usage data, etc.).
