About the role

  • Work on strategic corporate projects, ensuring the quality of ERP and HR solution deliveries;
  • Plan and execute functional, integration and regression tests;
  • Prepare test plans and test cases based on technical and functional requirements;
  • Identify, document and track the resolution of bugs and non-conformities;
  • Collaborate with development teams, business analysts and key users to ensure excellent deliveries;
  • Support the definition and continuous improvement of processes and quality standards;
  • Contribute to test automation, when applicable;
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Solid experience as a Quality Analyst, working on ERP and/or HR projects;
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality management tools;
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestLink, Zephyr, Xray) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps);
  • Analytical ability, organization and good communication skills;
  • Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Accounting, Procurement) and/or HR processes (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits);
  • Experience with automated testing;
  • QA certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, etc.);
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
