About the role
- Support the development and maintenance of automation robots (RPA) focused on operational and administrative processes.
- Assist in mapping workflows and identifying automation opportunities with business areas.
- Develop and refine scripts in Python, under the guidance of the team.
- Work with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or similar.
- Support the implementation of integrations via APIs between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to initiatives that use Artificial Intelligence applied to automation, such as automated document reading, classification and data extraction.
- Monitor robot execution, identify failures and assist with incident analysis and remediation.
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for automated processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, standardization efforts and automation governance best practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python applied to automation, script development or integrations (academic experience, internship or personal projects).
- Practical or academic exposure to at least one RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IBM Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate or similar.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Logical reasoning and an analytical profile to support problem identification and resolution.
- Interest in process automation, technology and continuous improvement.
- Organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn and grow technically.
- Ability to follow standards, best practices and technical guidance from the team.
