About the role
- The professional will be responsible for driving client adoption and engagement with the system, acting strategically to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues and propose actions that maximize the software's value.
- Key activities include:
- 1. Monitoring and Metrics Analysis: Track and interpret system usage indicators such as logins, access to main modules, average session time and NPS; use tools like Power BI, Google Analytics and CRM to identify clients with low adoption.
- 2. Diagnosis and Intervention: Conduct diagnostics with clients to identify barriers to adoption, such as lack of training or technical difficulties; propose and implement customized solutions, such as support actions, training sessions and feature demonstrations.
- 3. Training and Enablement: Plan and deliver hands-on training to increase efficient system use; promote the use of educational materials (manuals, videos, tutorials) to reinforce client learning.
- 4. Adoption Action Management: Prioritize and plan activities according to client profile and expected impact; monitor execution of tasks, ensuring deadlines, quality and alignment with company objectives.
- 5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Prepare detailed reports on the results of actions taken, including lessons learned and success indicators; suggest improvements to the system and internal processes based on interactions and client feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience and Desired Knowledge: Experience in project management, Customer Success, consulting or related areas.
- Experience with data analysis and the use of engagement monitoring tools.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of legal department routines, especially modules such as Litigation and Contracts.
- Strong data orientation, with the ability to make decisions based on indicators and metrics.
- Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organized profile, result-oriented with attention to deadlines and quality deliverables.
- Differentials: Previous experience in system adoption initiatives; prior work in legal departments or with legal solutions.
