About the role
- Manage and ensure the implementation project of the company's marketed system according to the deployment methodology, leading the responsible team and ensuring delivery of the contracted scope within agreed timelines and costs;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements and constraints, managing the creation of the Project Charter and securing stakeholders' approvals;
- Manage the development of the Project Management Plan detailing activities, schedules, required resources, project costs and associated risks;
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties;
- Ensure achievement of the company's revenue targets by safeguarding project profitability;
- Deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Promote Benner's culture of excellence by adhering to the Vision, Mission and Values guidelines, preserving the company's market reputation in an ethical and responsible manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field;
- Specialization (postgraduate) in Project Management;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies;
- Experience managing system implementation projects;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential;
- PMP and/or SCM certification preferred.
