Regarding Legal BPO, our operations cover several specialized cells, including registration and maintenance of files and cases, gathering supporting documents, preparation of calculations, recording of eSocial events, support in reaching settlements, management of judicial payments, scheduling of hearings and court representatives, reconciliation of deposits, handling of procedural acts (service of process, notices and publications), and closing of files and cases.
We are seeking a Coordinator to lead a Judicial Calculations cell, with solid experience managing teams and preparing complex calculations in labor and civil law. This professional will play a strategic role in the operation, responsible for leading and supervising the calculations team, ensuring standardization, technical accuracy, and quality of service delivery.
Define strategies to optimize operational workflows and improve demand management;
Manage client relationships and other stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and service quality;
Act as a facilitator in communication between involved areas, ensuring integration and process synergy;
Monitor and control the budget for the operation under your responsibility;
Coordinate and supervise the team responsible for servicing the Legal BPO client, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal processes;
Conduct performance evaluations for the team, providing feedback to employees to improve performance and outcomes;
Hold periodic team meetings to review activities, identify improvement needs, and encourage the pursuit of quality in delivered work;
Plan employee vacations and time off for your area, as well as monitor absences and attendance, ensuring legal compliance;
Foster a healthy, positive, and harmonious work environment, acting with emotional intelligence in mediating internal conflicts and facilitating solutions through participative management.
Define and monitor judicial calculation methodologies, ensuring standardization, traceability, and accuracy of results;
Validate sample calculations produced by the team, ensuring technical and legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and rework indicators in calculations, proposing corrective and preventive action plans;
Implement quality controls and internal audits for calculations to minimize the risk of inconsistencies or disputes;
Support the client with complex analyses, expert reports, and high-impact strategic calculations;
Interact with the client’s legal teams to clarify assumptions, calculation parameters, and necessary adjustments;
Evaluate and recommend technological tools and systems specialized in judicial calculations for scalability and automation;
Plan the allocation of tasks among calculation analysts, considering court deadlines, complexity, and urgency of each request.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Postgraduate qualification in Labor Law, Procedural Law, or related areas will be considered a plus
Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating complex judicial calculations in labor and civil matters;
Experience coordinating legal or calculations teams, with a focus on productivity, technical quality, and meeting deadlines;
Analytical, detail-oriented and precision-focused profile, with strong critical ability in result validation;
Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate the team;
Consultative communication skills to interact with clients, partner law firms, and other stakeholders;
