About the role

  • Operate the internal CRM, ensuring correct recording and updating of opportunities and contracts;
  • Review sales contracts, amounts, and commercial terms before sending them for invoicing;
  • Track sales progress and invoicing status with the relevant teams;
  • Consolidate and provide periodic commercial performance reports, including sales and billing metrics;
  • Support the commercial team with information and analyses that facilitate decision-making;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial operations, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station or similar), and sales administrative controls;
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools;
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive profile.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technology companies or B2B software;
  • Basic knowledge of billing and contract workflows;
  • Familiarity with commercial metrics (pipeline, forecast, churn, MRR, etc.).
