About the role
- Own paid media and organic discovery as a connected growth engine
- Build awareness with Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts
- Capture intent signals and influence pipeline through integrated paid media, SEO, AEO and GEO strategies
- Monitor performance daily and proactively course-correct inefficiencies
- Support and execute organic discovery strategy, including SEO fundamentals and other optimization strategies
- Track performance against baselines and identify trends over time
- Measure success beyond traffic and CPL, including qualified leads and pipeline influence
- Run structured experiments to identify what works and why
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with performance data and dashboards
- Ability to communicate clearly about what’s working and what’s not
- Exposure to long sales cycles and account-based marketing
- Ideal tech stack experience: HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Semrush, Hockeystack
