About the role
- Drive New Business: Lead sales team members to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise deals.
- Coach for Success: Provide hands-on sales coaching and guidance on effective cold calling, prospecting, and sales cycle management.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor pipeline health, ensuring that reps are focused on the right opportunities.
- Sales Methodology: Lead by example and use proven methodologies to teach sales reps.
- Deal Reviews & Coaching: Run regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions.
- Sales Performance: Set clear expectations for performance and track KPIs.
- Onboarding & Training: Onboard and train new sales reps.
- Lead by Example: Maintain an active role in sales and collaborate with other teams.

- 6+ years of Sales and Sales Leadership Experience
