About the role

  • Drive New Business: Lead sales team members to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise deals.
  • Coach for Success: Provide hands-on sales coaching and guidance on effective cold calling, prospecting, and sales cycle management.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor pipeline health, ensuring that reps are focused on the right opportunities.
  • Sales Methodology: Lead by example and use proven methodologies to teach sales reps.
  • Deal Reviews & Coaching: Run regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching sessions.
  • Sales Performance: Set clear expectations for performance and track KPIs.
  • Onboarding & Training: Onboard and train new sales reps.
  • Lead by Example: Maintain an active role in sales and collaborate with other teams.
