About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the portfolio enterprise architecture lead in defining organizational targets and the work required to achieve them
  • Advise the portfolio enterprise architecture lead, value creation leader, and business unit on prioritization, sequencing, and resolution of issues that could put execution at risk
  • Orchestrate, align, and support architecture advisors responsible for carrying out implementation work
  • Ensure consistency of proposed solutions, alignment between architecture perspectives, and alignment of projects with enterprise directions
  • Support business units and delivery teams in identifying use cases, selecting platforms, decomposing capabilities, and defining implementation scenarios for AI solutions
  • Monitor execution of initiatives related to the architecture intent and ensure compliance with the architecture framework
  • Conduct governance activities with enterprise architects and architecture teams
  • Define directions, principles, policies, and standards guiding the design and transformation of business and technology capabilities
  • Monitor emerging technologies and market best practices and recommend relevant organizational changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology as an architecture advisor
  • Minimum of five (5) years in systems design as an analyst, solution architect or enterprise architecture advisor
  • Experience contributing to large-scale projects, business cases, and opportunity studies
  • Good knowledge of the insurance domain
  • Knowledge of The Open Group — TOGAF
  • Knowledge of the ArchiMate modeling language
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French
  • Functional knowledge of English
