About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support internal managers in planning and running high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring a smooth, consistent and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies, or respond to specific hiring needs (examples of strategies: talent sourcing, large-scale recruitment campaigns, coordinating and participating in career events)
- Manage a high volume of applications efficiently within tight deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of practices by tracking and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs)
- Help promote the employer brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, including exposure to mass recruitment
- CRHA membership (an asset)
- Comfortable with recruitment and technology tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both oral and written
