  • Define and deploy customer experience strategies
  • Contribute to the activities for updating Beneva’s strategic plan
  • Ensure alignment of CX strategies and cohesion across transformation projects
  • Manage complex projects in a matrix environment
  • Ensure reporting and visibility of deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in marketing, management, customer experience, service design, or a related field
  • 10+ years of diverse work experience in marketing and customer experience areas (e.g., CX strategy, product management, go-to-market, digital, etc.)
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or financial services
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
