About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead teams responsible for the design, development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions (machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI)
Oversee budget management, unit performance, and embody the organizational culture
Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
Drive the lifecycle management of AI solutions
Ensure the quality, compliance and performance of delivered AI solutions
Manage and grow the AI center of expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, advanced analytics or a related domain
At least six (6) years of team management experience
Deep knowledge of AI technologies (ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, agentic AI)
Strong command of MLOps practices and the challenges of model production deployment and monitoring
Understanding of AI platform architectures and associated technology ecosystems
Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions, ideally using product management practices (product vision, value-driven prioritization, roadmap)
Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
