About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the organization’s artificial intelligence and data strategies
- Monitor market developments and global trends in AI and data
- Advise all Beneva business units on the use and exploitation of AI and data
- Define and orchestrate the overall approach for AI adoption across Beneva
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the area of responsibility (strategy, business transformation, data, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or a related field)
- At least six (6) years of team management experience
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts and technologies (generative AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, agentic AI)
- Advanced proficiency in French, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
