- Develop sales strategies and marketing concepts
- Provide support to Business Development Directors
- Conduct daily telephone contact with advisors
- Achieve activity and sales targets
- Develop and manage an annual business plan
- Promote Beneva's brand and high-quality service
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree in a related field is an asset
- 3 to 5 years of sales / marketing / call center experience in the financial services industry
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Successful completion of industry related courses such as CFP, CLU
- Must be willing to complete LLQP
- Solid knowledge of financial services industry overall
- Coachable and open to ongoing sales training
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, French would be an asset
