About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact current clients to update their financial situation
  • Determine their needs and recommend appropriate products in life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, investment products, or other individual insurance products
  • Respond to client calls and recommend suitable products
  • Perform client retention activities and update investor profiles
  • Analyze the client's financial situation and propose the appropriate product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in administrative techniques or equivalent
  • Licenses in insurance of persons and group savings issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Six months of relevant experience in sales or financial services
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written
