About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact current clients to update their financial situation
- Determine their needs and recommend appropriate products in life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, investment products, or other individual insurance products
- Respond to client calls and recommend suitable products
- Perform client retention activities and update investor profiles
- Analyze the client's financial situation and propose the appropriate product
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in administrative techniques or equivalent
- Licenses in insurance of persons and group savings issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Six months of relevant experience in sales or financial services
- Proficiency in French, both oral and written
- Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written
