About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the EVP – Strategy, Customer & Partner Experience and journey contributors in executing and achieving the objectives of Beneva’s Orion strategic program
  • Coordinate program analyses, positioning and directions to ensure alignment, coherence and integration with business and operational strategies
  • Master the directions coming from strategic planning and ensure consistency across journeys, workstreams and cross‑cutting initiatives at Beneva
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting them in planning, execution and monitoring of the transformation
  • Produce in-depth analyses, comparative scenarios and recommendations to inform design, prioritization and integration decisions
  • Support governance bodies by providing clear, structured, action-oriented decision briefs
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies and levers to enable informed and proactive decision-making
  • Evaluate the functional, organizational and operational impacts of strategic directions and major decisions
  • Ensure consistency of guidance, processes and deliverables across the program and work backlogs
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-workstream synchronization to ensure harmonized program execution
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the integrated roadmap by providing a cross-cutting, value-focused perspective
  • Exercise influential leadership that fosters collaboration, agility and sustainable alignment between strategy, organizational capabilities and expected outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, project management or a related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in business analysis, integration, functional architecture or organizational transformation
  • Extensive experience within large enterprises, with proven enterprise-wide transformation achievements, including B2B and B2C contexts and involving cross-functional, multi-team and multi-journey challenges
  • Significant experience in agile environments and large-scale programs, plus recognized experience managing complex dependencies
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship ecosystems and cross-sector functional integrations
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
