About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for contributing to the digital strategy for life insurance and financial services.
- Collaborate with our major partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of digital solutions.
- Measure and optimize performance by encouraging innovation to maximize the value delivered by the product.
- Participate in the development of market studies to understand user expectations and needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a field related to e-commerce/digital or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in digital or in life insurance and financial services.
- Knowledge of digital channels and/or an understanding of user, business, and technological needs.
- Familiarity with Agile project management and the SAFe methodology in a user experience context.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
