About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, engage, and develop the HR business partners on your team
- Guide and prioritize the team’s activities to support achievement of business objectives
- Make and assume responsibility for decisions within your remit and carry out necessary trade-offs
- Ensure consistency of practices and contribute to the advancement of HR initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional mandates and projects that support the overall performance of the Directorate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of direct or transferable experience in talent management
- At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and a good command of English, both spoken and written
