Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in group benefits (group insurance)
- Excellent knowledge of billing in group benefits
- Excellent understanding of distribution models and intermediary compensation mechanisms
- Good understanding of premium collection processes
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
