About the role
- Deliver professional and trusted service to Advisors and Clients
- Actively seek to find creative solutions to client and advisor inquiries regarding claims, administration, premiums, billing issues, etc
- Work in collaboration with the client, the sales team and internal partners
- Build solid relationships both internally and externally and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in internal workshops focused on developing or improving processes.
- Perform other tasks as required
Requirements
- College or University degree in Administration or Business is an asset
- 2 years experience in a customer service and administration focused role in the Group Insurance industry
- Passion for customer service and problem solving
- Great understanding of issues related to group insurance plans in Ontario and Western Canada is an asset
- Must be able to multi-task, acquire information quickly, and be pro-active and accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to new systems and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) in order to deliver exceptional customer service.
