About the role

  • Master the laws and regulations related to investment and retirement products
  • Communicate with and support market intermediaries
  • Establish client relationships as a point of contact and resource
  • Analyze complex files submitted by managers and representatives
  • Support sales representatives during business development campaigns
  • Assist external clients during product rollouts and implementation
  • Analyze amendments to regulations and contracts
  • Review and use contractual documents and financial reports
  • Implement mechanisms to collect complaints and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial products
  • Knowledge of individual insurance and investment products
  • Individual insurance licence from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or commitment to obtain it
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
