About the role
- Master the laws and regulations related to investment and retirement products
- Communicate with and support market intermediaries
- Establish client relationships as a point of contact and resource
- Analyze complex files submitted by managers and representatives
- Support sales representatives during business development campaigns
- Assist external clients during product rollouts and implementation
- Analyze amendments to regulations and contracts
- Review and use contractual documents and financial reports
- Implement mechanisms to collect complaints and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial products
- Knowledge of individual insurance and investment products
- Individual insurance licence from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or commitment to obtain it
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
