About the role
- Plan and lead activities related to standards and product development in property and casualty insurance
- Ensure implementation of directions and priorities within the area of responsibility
- Develop the commercial insurance portfolio
- Maintain competitive intelligence on products and standards
- Validate and authorize activities related to external audits and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, support and develop direct reports
Requirements
- Hold a university degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the insurance sector
- Five (5) years of experience in commercial/business insurance
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- A professional designation in property and casualty insurance is an asset
