About the role
- Propose intervention strategies tailored to specific challenges and strengthen the organization’s ability to address situations in a humane, structured, and sustainable manner
- Identify and anticipate strategic and people-related issues, and ensure these are integrated into the development of organizational strategies
- Conduct strategic monitoring in organizational development to anticipate trends and innovations and propose actions that enable the company to be a leader in its practices
- Make recommendations to enhance current practices and programs, and develop employee engagement plans as needed
- Propose innovative solutions for the various programs within the Culture and Organizational Development project portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Career Guidance, Occupational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of recent approaches in organizational development and project management
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, and intermediate–advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
