Full-stack Engineer

• Act as the subject-matter expert for all software aspects within the business area
• Support the software architects in the business area to ensure correct application of Beneva’s architecture framework
• Serve as the software representative for the business area at the enterprise level to escalate issues and obtain validation for technology and architecture decisions
• Act as a leader and facilitator with the management of the business area
• Align and coordinate with enterprise architecture
• Contribute to the development and optimization of software engineering processes, involving industrialization and cloud concepts, supported by Agile approaches (DevOps)
• Provide guidance and coaching to teams within the business area
• Promote Beneva’s cloud-first strategy by integrating AWS platform services into architectures
• Participate in various strategic committees as a software expert advisor
• Lead initiatives within the business area to define or validate new architectures
