About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead qualification & outreach
  • You are the first voice of Benetics AI — on the phone, by email and through social selling
  • Your goal: identify the right contacts, spark interest, and hand over qualified meetings to the sales team
  • Active cold outreach and outbound calling to trades and construction companies
  • Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
  • Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
  • Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
  • Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack
  • Marketing support through close collaboration with our marketing team and assistance at trade shows and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and a genuine interest in people — you listen before you speak
  • Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales or a similar field are an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
  • Structured, independent way of working and experience with CRMs
  • Curiosity about the construction industry — prior knowledge is not required
