About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead qualification & outreach
  • You are the first voice of Benetics AI - on the phone, by email and through social selling
  • Active cold calling and outbound outreach to trades and construction companies
  • Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
  • Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
  • Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
  • Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack
  • Marketing support and contribution to outreach campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and genuine interest in people - you listen before you speak
  • Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
  • Structured, independent working style and experience with CRMs
  • Curiosity about the construction industry - prior knowledge is not required
