About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New business acquisition: independently own and manage the entire sales process
  • Qualify inbound leads (trade shows, website, referrals)
  • Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email and social selling
  • Conduct demos, negotiate and close deals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events and industry gatherings
  • Account management: provide long-term support to existing customers
  • Identify and close upselling opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and pipeline building
  • Hunter mentality: energy, persistence and self-starter attitude
  • Structured working style and experience with CRMs (ideally HubSpot)
  • Native-level German and strong English skills
