About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New business acquisition: independently own and manage the entire sales process
- Qualify inbound leads (trade shows, website, referrals)
- Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email and social selling
- Conduct demos, negotiate and close deals
- Represent the company at trade shows, events and industry gatherings
- Account management: provide long-term support to existing customers
- Identify and close upselling opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and pipeline building
- Hunter mentality: energy, persistence and self-starter attitude
- Structured working style and experience with CRMs (ideally HubSpot)
- Native-level German and strong English skills
