About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead qualification & outreach
- Active cold calling and outbound calling to trades and construction companies
- Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
- Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
- Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
- Marketing support
- Co-creating outreach campaigns (copy, sequences, target audiences)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enjoys speaking on the phone and has a genuine interest in people
- Some work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales, or a similar area are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
- Structured, independent working style and experience with CRMs
- Curiosity about the construction industry — prior experience not required
