About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead qualification & outreach
Active cold calling and outbound calling to trades and construction companies
Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
Marketing support
Co-creating outreach campaigns (copy, sequences, target audiences)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enjoys speaking on the phone and has a genuine interest in people
Some work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales, or a similar area are a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
Structured, independent working style and experience with CRMs
Curiosity about the construction industry — prior experience not required
