About the role
- Help shape outcomes well beyond contract signings
- Co‑create the future of construction with our customers
- Qualify and generate leads and opportunities
- You are the face of Benetics AI from first contact through contract close, owning the sales process with significant responsibility and autonomy
- Turn our customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities
Requirements
- You have a hunter mentality: a "no" motivates you to keep pursuing
- You are curious, take initiative, and are willing to accept responsibility
- You want to independently build a pipeline, exceed targets, and lead our customers to success
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
- Excellent German (ideally Swiss German) and very good English for collaboration within our international team
- Structured working style and experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
