About the role

  • Help shape outcomes well beyond contract signings
  • Co‑create the future of construction with our customers
  • Qualify and generate leads and opportunities
  • You are the face of Benetics AI from first contact through contract close, owning the sales process with significant responsibility and autonomy
  • Turn our customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • You have a hunter mentality: a "no" motivates you to keep pursuing
  • You are curious, take initiative, and are willing to accept responsibility
  • You want to independently build a pipeline, exceed targets, and lead our customers to success
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
  • Excellent German (ideally Swiss German) and very good English for collaboration within our international team
  • Structured working style and experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
