About the role

  • Shape outcomes well beyond closing contracts
  • Co-create the future of construction with our customers
  • Qualify and generate leads and opportunities
  • Act as Benetics AI’s face from first contact through contract signing, with significant responsibility and autonomy across the entire sales process
  • Turn our customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • You have a hunter mentality: a “no” motivates you to keep pushing
  • You’re curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership
  • You want to independently build a pipeline, exceed targets, and drive customer success
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
  • Fluent German (ideally Swiss German) and strong English skills for collaboration within our international team
  • You have a structured working style and experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
