About the role
- Shape outcomes well beyond closing contracts
- Co-create the future of construction with our customers
- Qualify and generate leads and opportunities
- Act as Benetics AI’s face from first contact through contract signing, with significant responsibility and autonomy across the entire sales process
- Turn our customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities
Requirements
- You have a hunter mentality: a “no” motivates you to keep pushing
- You’re curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership
- You want to independently build a pipeline, exceed targets, and drive customer success
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector
- Fluent German (ideally Swiss German) and strong English skills for collaboration within our international team
- You have a structured working style and experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
