About the role
- Manage the end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting process for varied roles
- Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers across all departments
- Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of tools and networks
- Design and deliver a high-touch candidate-friendly experience
- Advocate for process efficiency, clean data, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of total full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record as a recruiting generalist
- Strong proficiency in direct sourcing, Boolean logic, and managing an end-to-end process in an ATS
- Deep expertise in building and maintaining consultative relationships with hiring managers
- Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, specifically for Software Engineering roles preferred
