Account Manager

• Organize and maintain complete client files including applications, policies, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update a master list with policy issue dates for annual reviews and check-ins.
• Handle client service requests (bank changes, beneficiaries, address updates), reviewed with Milind prior to completion.
• Contact prospects to schedule initial meetings and perform timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate application meetings and follow-up communications.
• Maintain closing files for prospects and reopen as needed.
• Collaborate with Milind on scripts and email communication templates.
• Maintain monthly correspondence logs.
• Oversee compliance tasks including ACM, FINRA, product training, and quarterly attestations.
• Support branch visits and compliance documentation.
• Work with Milind to implement a system for tracking and completing compliance tasks.
• Request policy illustrations from the Agency.
• Gather and document essential client details.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
• Schedule meetings (aligned with prospect responsibilities).
• Assist with applications, underwriting, delivery, and payment processing.
• Provide support for 401(k) & pension plans as needed throughout the year.
• Maintain updated list of 401(k) & pension clients and their plan contacts.
• Create review checklists per record keeper requirements.
• Develop an outreach calendar for ongoing client communication and review cycles.

Financial Services Account Manager

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients across benefits, individual insurance, and financial services
• Provide responsive service, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, claims, billing, COBRA, enrollments, terminations, and policy servicing
• Identify opportunities to improve programs, strengthen employee satisfaction, and cross-sell additional solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in agency management and CRM systems
• Manage assigned small group accounts including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary products
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve claims, billing, and enrollment issues
• Collect and review census data, tax documentation, and other materials for underwriting and audits
• Prepare and deliver presentations on plan design, compliance, cost containment, and wellness
• Provide quotes, recommendations, and support for individual health and international travel insurance
• Assist with applications, enrollment, renewals, and policy maintenance
• Schedule and conduct client and prospect meetings to review goals and recommend solutions
• Prepare proposals, complete applications, and track progress through underwriting
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, including periodic check-ins and annual reviews
• Process updates to client information, policy details, beneficiaries, and account records
• Build relationships with carrier reps to stay informed on financial product offerings and share updates with clients

Benefits Account Manager, Individual Insurance & Financial Services

• Manage a personal lines book of business, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and daily servicing tasks to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Provide timely, professional support to clients for inquiries, coverage questions, claims assistance, and policy changes
• Handle new business and renewal quoting using carrier websites, PL rater, and AMS360
• Maintain accurate policy and client records in AMS360
• Run and maintain renewal reports for personal lines
• Work closely with our account executives to onboard new clients, quote renewals, and support marketing efforts
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes
