About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop team members through performance management, coaching and regular feedback
- Manage team utilisation and customer portfolio allocation to ensure effective delivery
- Proactively identify risks and resource constraints, implementing solutions to maintain progress
- Track and report on performance (OKRs, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement
- Manage escalations, support hiring and development decisions, and champion Benifex values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to lead teams or manage large-scale delivery projects, driving performance and outcomes
- Strong resource planning and utilisation management, balancing multiple priorities effectively
- Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals, with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical, proactive and resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Bonus points for:
- Experience in a consultancy or technical delivery environment
- Knowledge of project management or project coordination practices
- Understanding of employee benefits platforms or HR/payroll systems
